Introducing the new IEGAP leadership team
We’re excited to announce the newly appointed executive officers who began their service at the beginning of September.
Let’s give them a warm welcome and share in the excitement of what’s to come!
Co-President: Farheen C.

Farheen (nickname: Heeni) joined Princeton four years ago. She works at the Provost’s Office – Institutional Equity and Diversity as the Institutional Diversity and Inclusion Specialist, serving as the professional development partner for the University’s academic departments. Farheen is passionate about learning and development, building community and enjoys building relationships across campus. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking in New Jersey and national parks, and traveling to Denmark with her twins to visit family and friends.
Co-President: Katherine L.

Katherine joined Princeton six years ago. She currently works in the Applied and Computational Math Program as the Graduate Program Administrator and Program Coordinator. Prior to Applied Math, she worked in the Physics Department as their Graduate Program Administrator. She truly enjoys working with students and looks forward to each and every defense celebration! In her free time, Katherine spends a lot of time with her family and her pups, Taichi and Yuki.
Event Coordinator: Nish C.

Nish joined Princeton University seven years ago and has held roles across the Office of Information Technology (OIT), the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering (CEE), and currently, the Princeton University Library (PUL). As an active member of IEGAP and the broader University community, Nish values time spent with colleagues and enjoys fostering a sense of joy and belonging through shared positive experiences. Outside of work, Nish is passionate about the outdoors and spends as much time as possible in nature. At home, she enjoys connecting with family and friends—and doting on her cat, Lucy.
