Get up out of your office chair and join the WERG (Women’s Employee Resource Group), BLAC (Black Leadership Alliance Committee at PPPL) and IEGAP (International Employee Group at Princeton) for Cook Along with Carla on April 23, 2021 at 4:00 pm.   Carla Benincasa is an employee in the Gift and Endowment Accounting Office of Finance and Treasury. She has been producing cooking demos throughout the pandemic for the Finance and Treasury Watercooler Forum. On April 23 she will be teaching us how to make Focaccia Bread and Ricotta Gnocchi, tell us about her Italian heritage,  offer dietary substitutions, and suggest wine pairings. You are invited to cook along with her or watch with your favorite happy hour beverage.
